1^st click on option bar then click on my channel

     2^nd A popup will be shown. just click on create channel by keeping your original account name. This channel is your default channel. This channel will help you to solve many kind of technical problem. 

     3^rd After completing that click on video manager to organize your channel.

     4^th click on verify to verify your identity.

5^th select your original country and put your mobile phone number in the form.

6^th A verification code will be sent to your phone number. Just put it to verify.
     After verifying you will see verified beside the profile picture.

Finally you have created a default youtube channel
